Contrasting -2 -revised

In order to fill a vacant position with an instructor, I am designated to choose one person for my school, and there are two people, Lynn Whitnal and Debra Fines, who come out on top in the final section.  I've made up my mind to hire Lynn Whitnal as a consequence of the following reasons.  To begin with, Debra has three education experiences; in contrast, Lynn has only one.  As a result, I can infer that Debra has known more knowledge than Lynn.  In addition, whereas Lynn has three employment experiences, Debra has five in total; nevertheless, there are both two which are related to English instructor.  Moreover, different from Debra who is fluent in two languages, Lynn is fluent in two more languages, Spanish and Japanese.  Last and most important, while Debra has issued a publication of English Verb Tenses, Lynn was given the honor of Excellence in Teaching in 2004, which is a critical factor that makes me decide to hire her.  To sum up, in my opinion, if a person is awarded prizes, his or her ability is proved in the way, which is of great importance; since that Lynn corresponds with that, it's no doubt that she is the most appropriate person to get the job.
